Our products are made to order. This guide shows standard delivery for one item. Your exact charge and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you pay. Rates and destinations depend on the product's shipping profile. The General profile currently has UK and US rates only; some active Printful products have wider destination coverage. If a destination is not offered for an item, it cannot be ordered there.

Dollar amounts are the rates configured for Printful shipping profiles. Checkout may show a converted amount based on your market and currency. More than one item, especially items from different shipping profiles, can increase the total because shipping is calculated for each applicable profile. The checkout shows the complete basket charge before payment.
Production and delivery time
We make items after you order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery estimates after production are typically 2–5 business days in the UK, around 3–10 business days for the US and Europe, and 7–20+ business days for other international destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Bank holidays and customs processing can add time.
Tracking and help
When tracking is available, we email the details after your order ships. If your parcel is late, lost or damaged, email pixeliouslondon@gmail.com with your order number and photographs if there is damage. We will help investigate.
